These Terms govern your use of the gnkwebapps.com website and the apps and plugins sold by GnK Web, LLC (“we”, “us”). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to them.
Each paid product is a one-time purchase that grants you a license to use it, including one year of updates and support from the date of purchase. After that year your software keeps working — you simply won’t receive new updates unless you renew. Free versions of our plugins are provided through WordPress.org under their stated terms.
Card payments are handled by Stripe. FlowOnboarding is sold and licensed through Freemius. Your receipt and license details come from whichever partner processed your order.
If a product doesn’t work as described and we can’t make it right, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are handled through the partner that processed your order (Stripe or, for FlowOnboarding, Freemius).
Our products run on your own WordPress hosting. You are responsible for your server, your backups, and the data you store and process — including any personal data your customers or family members entrust to you.
Our products are provided “as is.” VitalHub in particular is an organizational tool, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
