Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how GnK Web, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in connection with our website at gnkwebapps.com and the products we sell. We keep this deliberately short, because we deliberately collect very little.

The short version

Our products are self-hosted. The data your apps and plugins work with — health records, client details, projects, translations, store offers — lives in your WordPress database on your server. We never receive it, store it, or have access to it. This website collects only what we need to answer you, take an order, and keep the site running.

What we collect on this website

  • When you contact us: the email address you write from and whatever you choose to tell us, so we can reply.
  • When you buy: your purchase is processed by our payment provider (see below). We receive the order and license details needed to deliver your product and provide support — not your full card number.
  • Basic analytics: privacy-respecting, aggregate usage data to understand what’s useful and fix what isn’t. We do not build advertising profiles.

We do not run a comment system, and we don’t ask you to create an account to browse.

Payments

Card payments on gnkwebapps.com are processed by Stripe, which handles your card data under its own security standards and privacy policy. FlowOnboarding is sold and licensed through Freemius, our checkout and licensing partner for that product. Free versions of our plugins are distributed through WordPress.org under their terms. We don’t store your card number on our servers.

How your product data is handled

Because our apps and plugins run on your own WordPress install, you are the controller of any personal data they process. Where a product uses an AI provider (for example a translation or assistant feature), it does so with an API key you supply, and your content is sent directly from your site to the provider you chose, under their terms — never through us.

Sharing

We don’t sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the business — our payment and licensing partners, email, and hosting — and only as needed to deliver what you asked for.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email contact@gnkwebapps.com and we’ll take care of it.

Changes

If we update this policy we’ll revise the date below. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
